Building products at the intersection of user empathy and data clarity.

Product Manager with a background in data infrastructure, customer identity, and building systems that scale — with the user always at the center.

About

I'm a Principal Product Manager at Walmart, where I lead strategy for the customer identity platform — a system that identifies 50M+ customers and underpins $1B+ in omnichannel personalization. Before that I worked across last-mile delivery, risk modeling at EY, and an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler. I like working at the intersection of technical infrastructure and real human problems — the kind that require you to understand both a data pipeline and a frustrated customer at a returns counter. When I'm not thinking about products, I'm cooking, lifting, or deep in a good book.
